You have one job.

So on Sunday night we asked you to pray for one thing: That Eliza would be released from the hospital Monday morning. I admit I was not super optimistic. But we all prayed, and it happened. So let’s try that again.

Tomorrow E has blood work, where they’ll check her liver enzymes and hemoglobin. Please pray that the numbers will be good enough for them to send her back home. She eats well at home and is happier, but we know she’s not getting as much fluid (i.e. we don’t have an IV machine at home). But she’s done well the last 2 days, slept great, and been happy, so we’re hopeful.

Again, you have one job: Pray that E doesn’t get admitted tomorrow. Thank you so much!

From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has seen a God besides you, who acts for those who wait for him. (Isaiah 64:4)

So glad to have Ms. Mary here with us this week!

  1. Praying that her numbers will be good and that she doesn’t get admitted!

  2. Praying for sweet Eliza! Thank you for the updates so we know how to pray specifically for E and for you guys as well! The faith of you and Melissa hace demonstrated has strengthened my faith. I can’t imagine what you all are going through, but I do believe our God is powerful enough to heal your precious Eliza, and this is what our family will continue to pray -complete healing never for cancer to return to Eliza’s body and for your faith to continue to be strengthened and for God to sustain you through all of this.

  3. We’re praying for Eliza to get to come home after the tests and for God to grant faith, comfort and strength for all of you and healing for your sweet pea. We’re getting your news via the Janicek’s . Katy and Cody are our dear daughter and son in law. Looking forward to meeting y’all someday.

  4. Praying! She is such a pumpkin, by the way!

  5. I’m doing my job from over here in SC! So glad to see how great she is doing so far 🙂

  6. Any news? Praying! Waiting!
